AIR CONDITION & HEATING
All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Use the remote control to set the temperature you wish. Please make sure that your balcony doors are properly closed.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Restaurant from 7.00-11.00 daily. If you wish to have breakfast earlier please contact reception. We can also offer you breakfast in your room or in special lunch boxes.

BUSINESS CENTRE
Laptop Computers are available for your convenience in our Lobby. If you would like to send a fax or make a copy, please contact our reception team to assist you.

CAR RENTAL
Please contact reception for information about car, motorbike or bicycle rental.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 
Check-In is at 14:00. Check-Out is by 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend the check-out time, please contact reception. Express check out service is available.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our reception team assists with all your requests about the island of Ikaria: Island information, recommendations of restaurant/bars, activities and festivals.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA. 

ELECTRICITY
All our power outlets in the hotel have an electric voltage of 220V.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 16:00. For extra cleaning service or extra towels please contact reception. Please do not remove towels from your room, they are not for beach use.

INTERNET
There is free Wireless High-Speed Internet Access throughout the hotel. The password is 7138022750.

IRON/IRONING BOARD
Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry service is available every day until 14:00. Clean clothes will be returned the next day.

LOST & FOUND
All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception if you are missing something. Shipping to you is at your own cost.

LUGGAGE
Hotel staff can curry your luggage to your room. In case you have a late departure from the island, there is a luggage storage available.

MEDICAL SERVICE/ PHARMACY
If you require medical help please contact reception. The nearest pharmacy is located in Gialiskari village.

PARKING 
You may park your car on the parking lot. Please ensure that you do not obstruct anybody. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damages and losses.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public Transport timetable is available at reception.

ROOM SERVICE
Our room service is available from 9:00 - 23:00. A separate menu is available with various snacks and beverages. To order please dial 9.
